Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Customs & Import Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes depending on your country’s regulations.

  • Sneagear is not responsible for any additional customs fees.


Returns & Refunds

No Returns or Exchanges

  • All Sneagear products are custom-made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Please carefully review product details, sizes, and colors before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sneagear.canada@gmail.com with:
    Order number
    Photos of the damaged/defective product

  • We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued for orders that are lost in transit or arrive damaged.

  • No refunds will be provided for:
    ❌ Customer ordering the wrong size or color
    ❌ Buyer’s remorse (changing your mind after purchase)
